We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

To start a return, please email contact@theprettyrack.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the item

Returns must be approved before being sent back. We will provide return instructions once approved.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
