Pre-Orders

Some items may be offered as pre-orders. These items are not in stock and will ship within the estimated timeframe listed on the product page.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped once all items are available.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
